Charlotte brings a calm, organised presence to a fast-paced creative environment, supporting daily operations, communications, and production logistics across stage and screen. With a strong background in admin coordination and a keen eye for detail, she ensures the smooth running of everything from training programmes to international media events. Passionate about education and advocacy, Charlotte works closely with Ita to develop inclusive resources and empower the next generation of Intimacy Practitioners.
WIth 20 years of experience in the Burlesque industry as a Performer, Costumier and Company Co-Director of the UK’s leading troupe The Folly Mixtures, Charlotte brings a strong understanding of creative environments, bodily autonomy, and performer wellbeing to her current role.
She has taught extensively in Sixth Form colleges, specialising in dance performance, choreography, and movement for actors. She recently founded and curated the British Burlesque Archive, a community project aiming to preserve and document the UK industry since 1990.
Charlotte has a solid background in safeguarding through her pastoral roles in schools, supporting young people with their mental health, with care and professionalism. Currently training as a Humanistic counsellor, she brings a person-centred mindset to every project, helping to foster emotionally safe, respectful, and efficient working environments.
