Ros is an Intimacy Coordinator Under Mentorship, having completed her Level One Training with Intimacy on Set (IOS) in Autumn 2022. Prior to this, she facilitated and choreographed intimate scenes for productions at The Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, Dundee Rep, the Citizens Theatre Glasgow, Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch, the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Hampstead Theatre, and LAMDA.

Under the guidance of IOS, Ros has worked as an Intimacy Coordinator on a BBC young adult series, a stage production of Gentleman Jack, and at a drama school. Her experience also includes shadowing Ita O’Brien on a Netflix film, assisting on workshops at the Almeida and East 15, and delivering a workshop on Intimacy Coordination for Improvisation.

In addition to her intimacy work, Ros directs theatre and teaches movement to adult artists with learning disabilities and autism. She is also an associate artist with Sphinx Theatre and the writer of the Sphinx Test.
